Travel Insurance Claim Process

In the event of loss, written notice of claim should be given to us within thirty (30) days after the occurrence, except death claim which requires immediate notice in writing. You could find the whole process summary at below:

1. Fill the claim form

You could download the claims form here. If you are unsure, you should still notify us of the occurrence.

2. Prepare required supporting documents / proof

3. Submit claim form and supporting documents in 30 days*

Completed claim form, along with all relevant supporting documents, can be submitted to our Claims Department by mail or in person. It can also be submitted by fax or Email to [email protected] for those documents that an original is not required. By E-mail:

4. Review Claims & Approval

Upon your claim submission, you will receive an acknowledgment SMS and/or email within 2 working days for your first claim submission. At same time, your claim will be processed. The length of time that it takes to settle a claim will depend on the nature of the exposure and its complexity. A straight-forward accidental medical expenses claim might be settled in a very short period of time. You can be assured that our claims adjuster will help you throughout the entire process.

5. Claims Settlement

It normally takes 5-7 working days for us to release the claim compensation to you once the claim assessment is completed. If you have any enquires regarding the status of your submitted claim or claimed benefit, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Hotline on +852 3666 7090, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm (except public holidays), or contact your insurance agent or broker.
