How do I add personalized data to messages?

Can I choose my Own Attorney?

If your matter is approved, you may choose your own Attorney, should they be willing to work on our tariff.  If your elected Attorney does not agree to our tariff, you may elect to proceed with a panel Attorney, or you can continue with your chosen Attorney, but you will be responsible for any fees over and above our standard cost.

Do I have a Cooling Off period?

Yes, It is important to us that you are satisfied with the legal policy you have signed up for.  We provide you with 31 days from the date we receive your first premium familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions of the policy. We will refund you if, during this 31-day period, you are not entirely satisfied with the cover provided and you have not instituted a claim with us.

Can I rescind a judgement?

Yes, we may assist you in this matter, but you will need to ensure that the debit has been paid up in full and provide us with a “paid up letter” from your creditor.
